Do you have a green thumb? How do I care for big house plants if I do no know what kind they are? - big green egg table
My grandmother died recently, and I took her houseplants. Unfortunately, I do not know which plants they are. There are three large plants with large green leaves aboiut twice as large as the average hand. I just know they need lots of light. My apartment is not much light, and I fear that the parish. I saw my grandparents, both leaf powder and water, but I'm not sure. I know I am not very much information, but any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated. This is the only thing I remember my grandmother, and that makes me closer to her only for businesses that have given so much love. Thank you.

kuddl, I offer my condolences, and I understand the desire to get this sentimental memories. I suggest you buy a book devoted exclusively to indoor plants. Who will be of great benefit and help you identify plants and to give expert advice on keeping these plants healthy and wealthy. I have many books, and my favorite dog has become over the years eared. I use again and again to this day. Some years ago I bought a few books, if I was interested in gardening. These books have helped me a lot. My favorites are the books published by Ortho and are relatively inexpensive. You will not regret it. Also led a diary, often placed at the sides to review and take notes on the components inside. If you buy a book, you can learn many things and a lot of guesswork, and especially the experience of your houseplants. Good luck and good luck.
Take pictures of them and take them to the garden center that will help you.
I'm sorry to hear Grandma and I am sure she is glad that you take care of their plants. The problem is that we also no way to really help without knowing what kind of plants. However on a positive note, most indoor plants need indirect light and a single week watering. The only suggestion I have is the water once a week and then begin, garden centers, like Wal-Mart and Lowe's, in order to see if you can identify the plants. Both sites have a large selection of indoor plants and you can too lucky winners. I hope they do.
