Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron in the body. Foods such as legumes, whole grains, have nuts, spinach and iron. Consuming large amounts of iron-rich grains. Many cereals are fortified with iron products. Check the food label on the box and look for traps in the values of all days. You should also avoid drinking tea with their meals rich in iron. Tea contains tannins inhibit the absorption of iron could.

Here is a piece of iron with a list of foods. In fact, vegetarians are not more frequently than meat eaters to develop an anemia. The meat is too much iron.

There are lots of iron rich cereal.
For instance, one of my favorites, Rice Chex, 50% of the daily intake of iron per serving.
It's fast, easy and delicious.
