Use unpeeled shrimp. Use a large, heavy saucepan. In covering so much cold water over the shrimp, add a can of beer, Old Bay, a little hot sauce to taste and some pickling spices. Bring to boil and add the raw shrimp, unpeeled. Bring to a boil, remove Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon. Let cool and add more Old Bay. You can use the cooking water to the shrimp in the refrigerator.

Hot? Now, do not use Old Bay!

Need crab and lobster cooking liquid Zatarain. It comes in a glass bottle w / yellow and blue label, and will probably be in the vicinity of the old bay spice in the hallway. Just follow the instructions on the back of the bottle, with salt and lime as indicated, and the time of their shrimp in water as directed. If you can not find the crab cooking liquid, dry ingredients in a bag is also good.
