Hello. I Know "trail mix" made at home can be healthy. How do I make a healthy trail mix for one person! I:
- Peanuts
- Almonds without salt
- Cashew
- Go Lean Crunch (cereal healthy)
- Choc. Chip Bite!

How do I make a healthy trail mix for a person with ingredients that I?

You can mix one track with everything you have on hand. It is best to use dried fruit if (if you do not have the extra oil that is cooked in). However, simply mix everything together in such proportion as you want - is not an exact science:) ..... Try raisins, cranberries, nuts, raisins and yogurt-coated ......
